NoseStarts on chewable vitamins, dry leaves and twigs in the fall, calcium, chalk. A little acidity. Red berries - almost like a róse wine.
TasteMilk chocolate, leafy and herbal. Good mouthfeel. Red berries turn darker. Gets deeper and richer. Still some calcium, but nice and rich on the palate.
FinishVitamins and calcium back into focus, drying, dark berries turn back to red berries. Chalky. Earthy smoke builds.
